With a background as a military officer, senior corporate management, government service, training, emceeing and acting, Sean O’Hara has done it all and seen it all.

Prominent organisations he has worked with include the Ministry of Defence, Singapore General Hospital, Immigration and Checkpoints Authority, National Environment Agency, Club 21, CPF Board, as well as audiences & groups from Africa, Europe and the US.

With over 20 years experience conducting, facilitating and administering training programmes, Sean is comfortable working with groups and individuals from all walks of life at across all socio-cultural sphere. He is an engaging and charismatic facilitator that knows how to keep energy levels high and participants involved.

After a six year career as an officer in the Singapore Army, he eventually joined the US Embassy where he managed the training programmes for Singapore & Brunei. In 2011, he expanded his repertoire to include facilitation and coaching after getting various certifications. He also went into consultancy work was engaged by a local family business as the consultant GM to bring the company to public listing; a task achieved in just over two years. This experience alone qualifies him as a knowledgeable and experienced facilitator at the corporate level across virtually all functions of the organisation. On top of all this, he is a university lecturer focusing on a myriad of management and behavioural courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, allowing him to contextualise real world experiences into management theory.

Having worked with students, blue collar workers executives and senior leadership as well as Ambassadors and senior government officials from three governments, his approach is to engage learners at a level they are comfortable with and accustomed to and to develop empathy for others in the organisation to see things through different lenses.

He has appeared in several sitcoms and TV dramas and is hence a bit of a showman who knows the nuances of entertainment to make learning fun even at the expense of laughing at himself!

In 1998, he launched Inxinc Pte Ltd, a web applications and content provider business, serving primarily the Life Insurance industry in this region. Their flagship product ‘The Life Agents Jumpstart Kit,’ attracted users as far as South Africa. But his mentoring instinct was calling and he began designing and conducting training programs for children and adults from 2004.

Working with people on every level—from blue collar to senior leadership, his training ethos is to help his learners gain empowering distinctions about themselves so that they can do more for themselves and for their organisations.

Being a TV artist himself, he has appeared in many TV docudrama and more recently, Just for Laughs Gags Asia. So you’re also guaranteed to be highly entertained as you learn.

Steven Lee is a practising Human Resource Professional specialising in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership and Customer Relationship Management. Steven received his Master of Arts in Training, Education and Development from the University of Hull, U.K. in 1999. Steven has held the role of Learning and Development Manager and also Regional Learning Manager with various industries including the banking, aviation IT- related industry, infocomm industry, the oil and gas industry, and the sales & marketing industry.

Steven brings with him over 35 years of professional learning and development experience and is versatile in delivering his lessons both in and out of the classroom. He has designed and customised the On-the-Job Training, facilitated programs such as Teambuilding, WOW Your Customer Workshop, The Managerial Skills Workshop, The Competency Based Interviewing Skills Workshop and People Profiling Program.

Some of his many achievements involve facilitating the Leadership DDI 360- degree feedback for managers where he completed the training of 35 managers, and designing a career and development competency framework.

He is able to break down complex issues to the learning participants with simplicity and with humour. A believer in action based learning, Steven always begin with the end in mind when delivering learning programs to his participants.

Steven presently serves as Senior Manager of Quality and Training & Development of a local organization in the environmental industry.
